"I have ordered from Alpine Home Air for the past 3-4 years. Shipping is quick and I'm happy with their pricing. On my last order, one of the four filters ordered was a little warped/dented. Appears to still be functional. Hard to tell if it was damaged in handling or manufactured that way. I don't believe it was damaged in shipping. In one of my previous orders (a year and a half ago), one of the filters was damaged more significantly in shipping. I did not contact Alpine in either instance, as the filters were in good enough shape to pass, and not in poor enough shape to go through the hassle to return. I will continue to order filters from Alpine, and would still recommend them to a friend so long as shipping remains quick and prices beat the competition. My confidence in receiving 4 out of 4 undamaged filters on future orders is significantly less than 100%. Otherwise relatively pleased."
