"At first I place the order with aprilaire 500 which was backordered and couple days later I decided change the aprilaire 500 with aprilaire 700 . I called the customer service ( unfortunately I forgot the name of the man who helped me) but he was professional and patience with me. Helped me very quick to change the order. He told me that the new humidifier will be shipped in two weeks but it was delivered in about 4 days after my call. Thank you for your business! "
