"Ordering was pretty easy. Could use a little more info about delivery because the freight company ended up having to call me to tell me with a residential delivery I needed a lift gate to get it off the bob truck. Otherwise everything went pretty well. Fortunately, Dayton Freight called me to advise of the need for a lift gate and we made the arrangements over the phone. Had i known in advance I would have had my A/C two days earlier.

"I ordered with my billing and shipping address the same however they told me they were or did deliver it to Marshfield not Pembroke therefore the delivery was to be rerouted but by this time I was fired for not delivering products and services on time. When I called I was told that I would have to pay a restocking charge and I told them what happened and they said tough crap. Horrible and I will let everyone I can know about this horrible experience!"
