"I went to altrider store here in Seattle with more questions than answers. I was looking for a solution to carry my rotopax fuel and water. I have several altrider products (purchased from dealer) and have been completely satusfied with quality.
The willingness of altrider employee (who was obviously very busy) to assist me, answer questions and come out to look at bike and then offer several options, was impressive customer service. The options offered did not all include purchasing from them. He was just looking to make certain that I had the system in place that would work best for me. Thank you and I will be back and of course will continue to purchase your quality products from dealer as well.

The instructions on mounting the rotopax lock to the Altrider base plate where/are not accurate. The base plate is designed to connect directly to the base plate. The instruction list using the rotopax base plate in between the two pieces which is wrong"
