My first order, a windowed computer case I got about 1 1/2 years ago, was also shipped quickly yet was a bit dented on the back around one of the two screw holes. I don't care too much, but I would recommend better shipping materials for things like that if that isn't already the case now. The power supply was packed well, however. order confirmation, i received good product. i wasnt notified that the
part was out of stock until after placing the order, which was the only
mistake Amamax made(in my opinion). i paid extra to have my part
shipped
out of the warehouse the same day, but after emailing customer service
and asking for a refund of that amount, i was promptly told it would be
refunded. i am pleased with the product though disappointed in the
length of time it took to receive it. i would have paid more at another
company to get my video card sooner."
