"STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! Here's my experience. I ordered on 07/06 and they didn't send a tracking # or my product until I wrote to them 3 (!!!) times and requested it (7/15 e-mail - "This is my 3rd e-mail regarding the status of my order. Please reply right now or I will contact my bank to cancel the order and the BBB to report Fraud"). They replied on 7/19 - 4 days later with a tracking #. Once I received the video card I had ordered all the way back on 07/06 I tried it in 3 machines and it didn't work so I immediately requested a RMA on their site.
On 7/26 I sent another e-mail stating - "I submitted an RMA last week. Where is my RMA for 131xxx???" and received a reply on 07/27 that they didn't receive the request however within a few hours another email arrived stating they found it.
I sent back the product on 8/6 because I was in the middle of moving the week I received my RMA and I also wanted to wait until I got into the new house so the return would be delivered to my new address (HA!). I included the invoice in the return box with my new address on it in BIG BOLD LETTERS and CIRCLED stating NEW ADDRESS. I emailed them and told them I had a new address too. Of course, they didn't receive it.
So the return is delivered to them and they fail to send me an email that a replacement is coming!!!!!!!! I called the week of 8/21 and asked about my replacement and they state they had already sent it and that it arrived on 8/15 - to the WRONG ADDRESS!! IDIOTS!!!! They NEVER emailed me they were sending a replacement - I could have posted a sign on the house or called UPS and worked out delivery!!! Of course I go to the old residence and it's not there! So then I go back and forth with these people about getting the package back or request a claim from UPS. They say it's my fault I didn't give them the address change!! YES I DID! In an e-mail as well as a VERY conspicuous note ON THE INVOICE inside the box that they had to open and get the card. I also had the address on the outside of the box. They said they'd work with UPS to get a claim on the product. I've spent MONTHS trying to get them to do their job with more phone calls then I care to write down here. They placed a "UPS call tag" instead of a "UPS tracer" on the package! Do they not know this was wrong? How long have they worked with UPS? Every time I call I have to refresh their memory about my order and Shannon (the person in charge of things) is RUDE all the time. She says she's going to take care of the issue with UPS but every time I call back she's rude and puts me off or tells me she can't get anything done for me if I am on the phone to her!! Of course she hasn't done anything but LIED!!! Today, 10/05 I asked for the UPS Tracer # and she said in a nasty huffing tone - "I don't know what it is! It's not on my desk!!" Today was the last straw. I was nice enough for too long so today I let her have an earful. I called back after she hung up on me and got her voicemail - which by the way has been full for the past 2 months I've been dealing with this. I spoke to another woman and asked to speak to someone over Shannon - like the owner - and was told "he doesn't speak on the phone because he's hard of hearing." BULLS#%&!!!!!! Hear this!! This place is a fraud - some of you might have had a good experience, but check out BBB and look up these guys. I wish I had. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED AGAIN!!"
