"First let me say that I like the quality of the socks even though Camo is hardly the description I would give them. I was going to send you an email but my work had kept me on the job 14 hours a day for the last week and a half. I do have one problem. You advertise themn as being 58" and that's what iot says on the plastic pack. But none of the six I ordered came near it 4 were 48" and 2 were 52". I stretched them just to see if maybe thats how they might have been measured. The 52 inch did make it to 58" and the 48" made it variously between 55" and 56". But in that stretched mode they wouldn't fit over the scope which obviously must happen. To be honest, all will fit my rifles and shotguns which vary in length but I was going to have my wife cut the ends off to use as pistol socks. She is a professional seamstress and has the necessary equipment. It turns out regardless of getting the shorted length I miss ordered and should have bought 7 instead of 6 anyway. But frankly, I think you owe me one because of the shorted length. I do not think this should be made public. This is between me and your company."

"This was a test order to check the color of the heels on the socks. The note in my order said that I wanted the socks, only if the heels are the same color as the rest of the socks. I have several pairs of grey and brown WSS with light-colored heels that do not look good with a business suit as the light-colored heel shows above the heel of the shoe. Since I have other pairs of WSS with heels of the same color, I know that they are available. After two weeks of waiting, I called and was told that the order was on hold, but they did not know why. Before they released the order, I asked whether the heels were the same material and color as the rest of the socks. I was assured that they were. On arrival, 20 days after I ordered them, I see that the heels are a lighter color. While I can wear these for casual, they are not what I wanted."
