"Although the selection of socks was amazing and the prices are good, I'm very disappointed with CUSTOMER SERVICE. After my order, I contacted customer service TWICE, and have yet to receive any reply at all (even a simple email stating that they received my emails and would respond as soon as possible, etc.). I had 2 problems which I wrote them about:
1. One of the items I ordered is back-ordered. I did not know this until my order was put through and I received my email invoice. I wrote Amazing Socks to ask what this meant (i.e., that I would eventually receive it, the timeframe, or if I should choose another item, etc.).
2. I wanted to track my order - there was, indeed, a tracking number and link, but, in order to track your package, you had to fill in username and password. Honestly, I could not remember either (for goodness sakes, in this day and age, who can keep track of every one?). On every other site which requires such to log in, there is a "forgot username/password?" function. But not with Amazing Socks. Seriously? So, I could never track my package.

I have, since, received my order - minus one pair. And I yet to have any info on the back ordered pair. Although I like the products, their selection and prices, I will NOT be using this company again.

Sorry, but I believe that customer service is JUST AS important as the prices/products a company carries."
