"I would have rated you 5 stars except for the fact that the sample sent of RC 14 was not true to color of the metal that arrived. I called Customer Service when I realized that the samples of various profiles in German silver were not the same color. The sample of RC 14 was much warmer (perfect) colored than the frames that arrived, so I was disappointed. The quality of everything is great and well packaged, however.
I was distraught when I logged onto my account to see if I could track the shipment and there was no history or record of my order even though there was on my credit card. I called to make sure that the order number I printed off when ordering was really in the system and it was.
I normally never give special instructions for shipping because the delivery trucks always leave packages at my family room door that is on a protected walkway to the garage but this time I said to leave it there and I found it on my uncovered front door stoop. Fortunately it didn't rain before I discovered it. So from now on I won't make any requests as they are ignored. I realize that was done by the delivery company, not you.
I will continue to order from your company for the good quality and prices.

"I have been using American Frame for about 2 years now. An artist friend recommended them to me. The point that sold me on American Frame was the free shipping with $75 or more. This meant I didn't have to wait for specials like I did with other companies. Their site is easy to navigate although I prefer to add items to the frame rather than subtract, but I understand it helps buyers "remember" items as they order. 2 things I was disappointed about: They no longer supply a piece of wire with the metal frame hardware and with my last order I was charged a shipping fee of approximately $10 even though my order was for more than $75. I assumed it was because the frames were on sale, needing the frames I ordered them anyway but I didn't see a notice of the change in that particular service . Otherwise I have been very happy
