"I run a fine art business out of my home. I order frames and prints from American Frame frequently and my experience has always been great. The prints come out looking almost as nice as the original artwork. Occasionally, I've had issues with prints being a little dark, but I also know that my monitor tends to be bright so I adjust for that now. I do wish the proofs were a little cheaper so that it wouldn't cost so much to test new prints. Also, one thing that would greatly benefit me, is if they would offer bulk print discounts on 2 or more of the same print. As it is now, I think you have to get 25 or more of the same print to get a discount, which wouldn't help me at all. I rarely order more than a few, and it costs so much that I can't price my prints high enough to make more than a few dollars on each. The mats and frames have always been wonderful as well. I have never had a wrong measurement or damaged product. This is partly due to their excellent packaging. Everything is always packed thoughtfully and snugly to prevent damage."
