I have two suggestions for improvement. First pertains to the website. The ordering process is not easy if I want to compare multiple frame options. I cannot configure two different frames in different browser tabs at the same time. When I try to configure a second frame, it overrides the progress in the first tab. Also, when a frame is added to the cart, I wish I could go back and edit it. Instead, if I realize something is wrong or I want to tweak it, I have to go back and start all over.

Second, the only improvement I would suggest for the physical frames is that, for metal frames, the cuts are deburred on the inside where the corner hardware secures the pieces together. When I was assembling the frames, corners would sometime not fit perfectly because of metal burrs inside the back where the metal corners fit, and those burrs would sometimes fall off into the art piece."
