"American Frame is an excellent company & I use them almost exclusively to provide the frames, mats & glazing I need to frame my watercolor paintings for my personal use as well as to sell and place in exhibits or competitions. I have never had any problems with quality or with any order, but if I did, I'm sure they would be glad to take care of anything I need. They are also relatively inexpensive and they ship very quickly. I ordered on last on a Monday and had the framing materials on Thursday of the same week! I haven't been able to find that kind of service anywhere else. I heartily endorse this company for all your framing needs!"

I'd give them a rating of 4 except that 1) I wanted to duplicate a frame order for an art show and the original frame I ordered was discontinued, and 2) one of the wood framed pieces they printed and framed for me had a very tiny crack in it. In fact I didn't even notice it, but a friend did. I didn't all them about the crack because I don't know if it happened during shipping or after I received it. I will definitely use AM again"
