"American Frame has been consistently good to work with. My only cavil - and it is a small one - is that their printed catalog does not give a good representation of the colors of near-white mats. While the company *does* send free mat samples, it would be great if the catalog were printed with closer-matched inks, and with larger swatches. Another possibility would be to post the samples on their web site, for those of us who have calibrated monitors. i would also love to see them carry a wider range of miscellaneous framing supplies, to reduce my reliance on other suppliers and reduce shipping inconvenience. "
