"I ordered a 1200 yd spool of Sunline Sniper Feb 22 and knew then it was backordered and delayed 5-7 days. I heard nothing until I called about it March 16. They had just received the product shipped it the 17 and I had it the 18th, a Saturday. I was impressed that once they received the product I got it so fast. I realize when product is backordered the provider is at the mercy of their supplier. I would have appreciated updates as the timeframe went beyond the original estimate

First I had to call to have them match American Legacy's price then had to call and return the rod they sent two times. They sent the wrong rod both times. Then they said they no longer had the rod I originally ordered."
