"Ordered two rods and a hat totaling over $500 over two weeks ago and it never even shipped out. Apparently the salmon rod was out of stock although no indication of this was on the website or during checkout. Didn't care to much as the salmon season is months away but I needed my steelhead rod that was in stock for a trip that was already planned for tomorrow and it never shipped out. Expected delivery was four days out with the advertised same day ship out. I called twice with promises of it shipping the next day the first time and a call back that never happened the second. Emailed once with no response. Will never buy here again."
