"Ordered the mirrors and they came in a couple days, thats the highlight. Easy to install until I realized it didn't have the air temp sensor like it looked like in the picture, it's just a cover plate that looks like a sensor. Service engine light lit up because it was missing and is required for proper operation of the engine. I ripped the old sensor out of the factory mirror and wired it into connector but had to put the sensor in the mounting cavity. These mirrors should not be sold for '18 and '19 F150s that have the temp sensor in the mirror. What an unnecessary headache! The one time I didn't read a bunch of other reviews. "
"Very quick shipping and always have what i am looking for!"
"Fast shipping and great service. The item looks very good on my vehicle. Covers up the damaged tail gate very well. Cheaper than buying a new tailgate! The trailer Jack was the culprit - the tailgate is now protected because the tailgate spoiler will land on it first and protect the tailgate. Thank you for a wonderful product!"
"High quality and easy to install if you follow the directions. Also, it isn't that noisy at highway speeds. "
"My order was smooth sailing from start to finish. Shipping was fast and the product came packed well with no issues or damage to it. "
"Fast shipping, Easy installation and product was protected when getting it"
"Great Experience, satisfied with my purcahse. "
"Ordering on line you get a much better deal , but you hold your breath until you verify that you received the correct parts. My parts fit perfectly with no surprises. I just completed a second order , with confidence that I will receive the correct part . Thank You American Trucks ."
"Very poor customer service unwilling to stand behind their product. New pro stop master cylinders pass your side right? Front blue seal didn't know it for a couple of days until it had slung bright fluid all over my brand new wheels and rent the finish on my wheel, ate the boot on my lower ball joint of the a frame and also slung bright flip up on the finger in front door of my truck now I'm having to do all these repairs because they sold me defective part and label do anything about it. Now we're gonna end up being in a lawsuit with them. You don't buy anything from this company"
"Brittany did an excellent job helping me pick out the correct headlights for my Ford Lariat. I got them installed no problem. "
"It was very easy to find what I needed. The intake arrived promptly and was a 30 min install tops, thanks to their videos. "
"The whole process was super simple and the whole transaction was super smooth. I will definitely be buying more again soon. "
"Background to verify I am not just throwing statements around:
I have built many vehicles and also co-owned a performance shop, I have also been the resident Engineer for a automotive manufacture and I am currently the head of R&D for the driveline BU.
Onto the product:
I was excited to install this lift kit and put my summer Rims & Tires on my truck.
I read through the installation guide and thought this appears to be on par with sufficient details. I started the Fabtech 3.5 lift kit installation on a 2022 Denali 1500 with adaptive ride control.
Everything was included and appeared to be well laid out in the installation guide but then…..
After reaching the section of installing the front coilovers; I modified the strut tower mounting bolts and installed the supplied extension, I installed the supplied upper control arm and the directions stated “Do not torque down at this time, this will be done in step 35/36”?.
As I sit at my desk I am going off memory here but it was the last step of the installation. I will say that this is a correct process of torquing the control arms down in a loaded condition (so no red flag at this time). I move onto installing the coilovers, the spindle to the upper arm, the tie rod end and the sway bar.
Next step is verify torque of each component (excluding the control arm) and then place a jack under the lower control arm lifting until the vehicle comes off the jack stand. Now torque the upper control arm bolts……..
Umm wait…. I cant get a socket or a wrench into the inner pocket to hold the bolt head…. The coil spring is completely blocking access….
Yep this made me happy!
Correct procedure I came up with:
Install the upper control arm (do not torque and leave ~ 1/8 gap from nut and washer), install the coilover, install the ball joint, tie rod end and sway bar (*hand tight do not torque). Use a jack and lift the suspension from the lower control arm (use a block of wood between the jack cup and the lower control arm) u until the truck just comes off the jackstand. Take a paint marker and mark the inner upper control arm and also mark at the same height/position on the strut tower pocket next to your mark on the arm. Do this for each side (this is your torquing position in a later step). Now lower the vehicle back onto the jack stand and disassemble the tie rod, sway bar and the ball joint then remove the coilover. Use red locktight and place a few drops on the upper control arm bolt in the 1/8 gap you left in between the nut and the washer on the control arm bolts. Using a wrench and a socket close the gap in between the nut and washer, hold the upper control arm up aligning your paint markings you made in the previous step. Now torque each side to the specified torque value. At this point you can then go back to the work instructions (step **** – install coilover) and finish the installation.
I did take photos of the process I can share to update the guide with the correct process.
Issues with the parts:
The upper control arm is missing a tab with a threaded hole for the remounting of the sensor wires (drivers and passengers side).
The rear axle to leaf spring ubolts are obviously communized and are used for 3.5-6 inch lifts. The threads are so long you will either have to buy a 5 inch deep 22mm extra deep well socket or cut the length down so it does not bottom out in a standard deep well socket when torquing the nuts down.
Ok I hope this helps

"I wish that it was more clear when ordering that the quantity is outlined. For lights, bulbs etc. You buy 1 quantity but think you are getting 2 bulbs. I should have checked better but I'll just redo the last order so i can do both lights "
"Found what I needed to be ordered to fit my truck. Fast shipping. American trucks make it easy."
