"Very happy with American RV Company. They had the lowest price for Winegard SK-1000 Winegard SK-1000 Trav'ler Automatic Multi- Satellite TV Antenna that I purchased. Their online sales site was easy to use and I recieved the sales confirmation message immediately. The item shipped quickly and I was delivered just as quickly. The Sat dish intallation and set up was so easy. The hardest part was getting the dish on the roof. Once installed I called Dish Network and turn on my account and I was watching Sat TV again. Over all I'm very happy with the Sat Antenna that I purchased but there is one weakness with the system. After it locks into satelites there is no way turn off the power and that creates a problem which I discovered yesterday when we had a power outage. When the power came back on I turned on the control box and the system assumed the dish was stowed. It wasn't of course because at the time that we had the power outage I was watching TV. The system begant he search sequence and then stalled. I managed to get it to stow but when I power on again I cannot get it to find the satelites. No recourse now but to call the manufacturer to get my Dish TV back. I hope this doesn't happen everytime there's a power outage. With my old dish antenna once the satelite was found I could turn the power off. With this system I can't and since I have a dual tuner DVR reciever and have programs that I have set to record so I have to leave the system on. In spite of this I would still buy this item again. It is so much better than my old dish system. Being able to lock into all three satelites makes my RV TV system no different than what I had in my house. I would highly recommend this item but I hope the engineers at Winegard are working on this one flaw. "

The item came well packaged, and arrived when I was told it would arrive.

I'd like to note that the item I purchased, a Suburban water heater, was nearly 250 dollars cheaper here than with the 'nationally known' RV center just up the road--and American had the part in stock--the 'nationally known' outfit was going to have to special order it--which would have taken another week.

Overall, I was very satisfied, and will go back when I need more parts for the RV."
