Lied to! Lost credit card info

"I was told if I placed an order by a certain time I would get in 2 days ( placed on Wednesday & told would get Friday). Was called to tell me I didn't put 3 digit code from back of card into order ( I did) . So gave info & was told that person who told me it would arrive on Friday misinformed me & it would be Saturday. This company does not have their act together!"

"Amerimerc:
Do you mean you will take no responsibility in selling the defective items? We have had difficulty in dealing with the person (Isreal/Israel?) you are trying to spin us towards. He has informed us that the decomposition of the second solar blanket in a period of one year is not covered because we made our first purchase in 2009. The first blanket lasted a year. The second blanket also lasted a year. In the remaining time we have been trying to get you to honor your warrantee. I have also spent a lot of time netting blue plastic dots from my pool and rolling up a water-soaked blanket with very few insulating properties.
I don't want another replacement, I want reimbursed for the remaining 9 years on my warrantee. It is not fair to count the time from now since my initial purchase. We informed you of the defect in 2010. The blankets you sold only lasted a year. Sending me two defective products does not cancel your contract with me. In fact, I'm still mad at having to spend hours cutting and attaching each blanket to my roller and hours cleaning up the mess in the pool from decomposing plastic.
I kept very good care of each blanket, yet they failed rapidly (Always protected from sun when rolled up, water pH of 7.5, chlorine at 1.0 ppm). I have had several solar blankets from other dealers. They all lasted at least 5 years before showing much decomposition in the plastic. The product you are selling is either very old or knowingly defective. I take pride in doing good work and in being honest with people. Your response was not honest, as you have omitted data about the product and the warrantee. You demonstrate no concern for a customer and fail to take responsibility. You selling me a defective cover is no different to me than someone giving you a bad check, except you would be taking them to court. I consider your company to be another internet hoax staffed with people who find it easy to cheat others when they are far away.

"The PROs: Amerimerc offered my product at a very competitive price and the shipping was also very competitive. They shipped on time.
The CONS: Detail precision was lacking in communications. I had to remind them to change the color to my specification twice. I chased them twice for the correct number after they gave me an incorrect Tracking number.

"No comunication about product purchased or when it will ship. I ordered a diving board and 6 days later called wondering why i have even recieved a tracking number and the guy acted like it was not a big deal and said "friday" it will be at my house the following monday and then monday i call back still not haveing a tracking number and this represenitve say it has not shiped because they are doing an inventory the previous week and it should ship out "soon". but still have yet to see a tracking number. "

"NEVER AGAIN!! I needed a liner guard for our pool that we planned to install this Saturday 8/4/12. I placed my order on Saturday, July 28th thinking it should be here by the weekend. I contacted the merchant on Monday, July 30th explaining I was hoping to receive it by this weekend. I was told it would ship that day. Today is Wednesday, August 1st and their site says my order is still in processing. Again, I contacted them and was told it was going out today(just like they claimed it was on Monday). I am now at the point where I do not trust this merchant at all. I told them if it hasn't shipped, I wanted to cancel my order so I can get it from someone else in a timely fashion. Never again will I spend a dime at this merchant."

"This was my first order from AmeriMerc, I'm impressed to say the least. I called to order a diving board, not a clue what I needed. Talked to Tammy, she asked me to measure certain points on my pool, the depth, the supports for the board, etc. She suggested the board that would work best for me so I placed the order. This order was placed on Monday and I had a graduation party scheduled for that Sunday, so time was essential. Tammy advised that she could do the delivery that week but everything had to go perfect and she gave me detailed instructions to avoid any delays. The board arrived Thursday morning but the shipping company had put a forklift through the side it. Thanks to her detailed instructions when I ordered the board, I refused the delivery and called to let her know my dilemma. She got on it immieadatly, she had another board in stock and would get it out that day but delivery in time for the big event was almost impossible, she would jump through any hoops necessary but we are talking one day and that is a doubtful but she would try. She really cared that I was satisfied! Friday at 1PM she advised me to make sure there was someone home the rest of the day, the board would be delivered that day but there would be no notice, it would just arrive and they need a signature. At 4PM the truck that services the semi's broken down on the side of the road for that carrier pulled in my driveway with my diving board strapped to the back of his truck. That is not a scheduled delivery but service above and beyond in my opinion. I shop the web on a regular basis and I expect issues because there are so many businesses involved before it gets to me. I find the way the retailer deals issues shows the true character of the business I purchased from. When issues are encountered most internet businesses fail but the good ones shine & AmeriMerc is absolutely one of the best I have found to date! This company managed to deliver not one but two diving boards in 5 business days during their busiest time of the year, show me another that would care to try that, let alone succeed. This order was May 14th and I have ordered from them since, this was not a fluke, they really are this good. They have exceeded all my expectations and set a new bar that can really be accomplished if everyone works together. Tammy's knowledge is better and delivery is quicker than my local pool supplier and I never leave my house! I'm now a customer for life!"

"This merchant has changed their delivery methods which, in my case, has tripled the delivery time. As of this writing, the item ordered on the date, below, has not arrived and will not for another four days. From order to delivery, thirteen days; used to be two to three. They state they have received complaints from other customers about the delay, but continue to use the same process for a year now. I would hope that a change is coming. If not, I won't continue to do business with them."
