"We really wanted to love this bed. Like really really badly. The company is amazing and the bed itself was very high quality. But The wife and I have always slept on spring mattresses and i just don't think our bodies wanted the transition. We called them up at 45 days and said we were going to return it and it was literally no questions asked. They did ask us if we wanted to try any other firmnesses free of charge and we declined. Within days a truck came and picked up the mattress and we got a refund a couple days later. Lime I said Amazing. I kept waiting for there to be a catch but there wasn't. Just amazing!"

"Service was terrific. Ordering was easy. Delivery was late but that was the carrier not Amerisleep. The bed was too hard. I made a complaint and was told they would replace it for more money. I figured I was already out by $1600. I would only recommend this product if you could go test it out at a retail location. I am not sold on the fact I can return this. I would like to."

"Originally I purchased an A2 bed, but made a change to my order to a A3 before shipment. I called customer service and it was a quick process. There was a little hassle getting a promotion code applied to the new bed (since it technically was a new order), but in the end this worked out. "
