"Bed is hard at first but after lying on it for awhile it gets very comfortable. No more tossing and turning and hips no longer hurt. Husband has extremely cold feet and always wore socks at night and he no longer needs socks either. However it is a beast to make, it is heavy. We previously had a "air bed". "

There was a hiccup on the final delivery of the frame when the final delivery agent didn't send two people to move the frame into place and they had to come much later that evening to finish the job."

"I made several calls-several chats. was told to wait a few weeks more to acclimate to mattress. Did so - called and reiterated the firmness was not satisfactory or as described for my sleeping habits-as was recommend by slaes person on chat and phone. They said then I should use the additional padding- but that would be an additional $300.00 . Like I'm going to pay for their mis recommendation.
Then I chose to return it- at which I was told they would send an e-mail with direction and to remove the consumer label. I did so- no e-mail ever came and I supposed had an appointment to pick it up. Yet I received no procedure e-mail to return it. All in all- tell you what you want to hear- no follow through.

"Got the Amerisleep (I think AS3? The all around mattress for both back, belly, and side sleepers). It’s pretty good. I have less shoulder pain than my tempurpedic. Actually very good for the price, but not anything amazing or Uber special. But is anything that wonderful these days?"
