"Bought an AS-3 for daughter in college and she feels it is too firm after 30 days of use. I called AS to see about swapping it out for an AS-4 and they suggested that they send a free comfort pad to try first rather than paying the $200 to upgrade to the softer and thicker mattress. So let me get this straight- instead of taking my money, they want me to try a possible solution that is free? That is great service. On top of that, they reset the 100 day sleep trial period so that if the comfort pad is not sufficient, we can then upgrade to the softer AS-4. Thank you for caring about your customers!"

"We purchased our King split adjustable beds May 21 and beds and base arrived sooner than the anticipated delivery and set up. Ordering an adjustable base takes a bit longer to arrive. The white glove service that delivered the base was very good, they answered our questions and were very helpful with showing us how the control units worked. However we noted the beds and adjustable bases were quite heavy to move about on carpeted floors. I had contacted Amerisleep right away and asked if they could get us roller casters for the feet on the base of our beds. They said they would check on this with the manufacturer of the adjustable bases and get back to us. I never heard back from them about the casters. Then on June 14, my husband noticed that neither of the adjustable bases were working at all. So I contacted Amerisleep on June 16 and asked for service. I spoke with a representative and she said she would get someone out right away. I inquired about the casters at that time, and she said she would follow up on the request I'd made in May, and she noted my request never went through. I also stated that I really felt my side of the bed was too firm. We had Sleep Number beds prior and I had always had my setting softer than my husbands side. The representative told me to "try walking on the mattress, or have my husband do so" before we make an exchange. We felt silly, but tried it. No, this did nothing to change the firmness of my mattress. We did get service right away on the adjustable base, and the service rep for the bases was excellent and gave us lots of good tips, and mentioned that the beds are very heavy. He thought our idea of the the casters would help when needing to move the beds a bit. I heard from Amerisleep that they could order the casters on June 19 and called them to confirm to please send out to us. They have charged my account for the casters, but to this date I have not heard back from them the promised shipping information on the casters and have no idea if or when they'll arrive. A second phone call to them with their promise to email me has been yielded nothing. Needless to say, I feel frustrated. They had such good reviews on web for their service. But my husband and I feel surprisingly disappointed."
"This 72 yr old body still has a few aches and pains but only if I’ve slept in odd position. Amazingly better than before. Feels like sleeping on a cloud, especially with no hip pain anymore. Company good to work with. Very happy customer!"

"I'm a smaller female - 5'2 and 120 pounds and have been looking for a mattress to help with back pain. I have a bulging disc in my lower back and with my old mattress I was literally rolling out of bed and stretching on the floor before I could stand up. I can now actually stand up right out of bed. It has helped way more than I could have thought. We went with the two twins on our king frame and the AS3. I heard great things about the AS2 for back pain, but worried it would be too firm because of my size. I reached out to customer service and they recommended the AS3. It is perfect and the AS2 would have definitely been too firm. I think I could have done the AS4 even, but I'm totally happy. It conforms in all of the right places and the bed is so much easier to make with the 2 twins. I haven't even noticed the split. I've even ordered the same mattress in a queen for our spare bedroom. "Started with a king A4 and it was great. I have a bad lower back so mattresses can be the worst. I mean unable to move in the morning. No such problem with the A4. I needed a bed for the guest room so bought a queen A3 since it was middle of the road for side and stomach sleepers. My guest said it felt great. Shipping was quick and setup was easy. Customer service called me after the second to see how things were going so that was a pleasent surprise. "
