"The new mattress came on time and was easy to set up. We had no issues initially with this mattress, although it did feel warmer than the Temperpedic mattress we had before. I did the research and found this Amerisleep to be the best fit for our sleep patterns.
I will say after having it for about 5 months I am finding some back issues when I wake up. Being spring and summer I am much more active outdoors and doing some heavy work in the yard. I do have a lower back disc problem which I do stretching for and this helps that problem, but I sometimes wake up with upper and middle back tension. Most nights are comfortable and I seem to fall asleep and not wake up do to discomfort.
I only wish I could say I was fully excited about this mattress but I am not. For the money I was hoping for a better results. "

"Amerisleep staff showed very good concern & they helped us to choose the best mattress based on our requirements. We first ordered AS3 but my husband felt it's too soft for him. So we contacted customer support & they immediately responded to our concern & exchanged AS3 to AS2. We felt AS2 is little more firmer so they sent us comfort layer to make it confortable. Mattress quality is also great. I'll definitely recommend Amerisleep."

"Purchasing and dealing with Amerisleep directly was very good. I received my mattress within 2 wks of ordering. It was waiting for the base delivery from the white glove service that has opportunities. The Amerisleep representative did keep trying to keep me abreast on delivery updates but to know the delivery company had the base for weeks prior to actually delivering it was quite dissatisfying."

"I've suffered with neck problems for years:( I've bought various pillows, seen the chiropractor weekly yet the problem persisted. Within 3 days of sleeping on this mattress my neck feels amazing!! I have not had relief like this for as long as I can remember!! Customer service is a breeze to work with. We initially bought a mattress that was too soft. I sent them an email and they sent us out a firmer mattress and arranged for someone to pickup the first mattress. I will never buy from another company again!! "Amerisleep is a top notch company. They delivered on their word and stand behind their product. We unfortunately, did not keep our mattress. We bought the AS4 and tried it for a month. My husband loved the mattress, but I am a little heavier and still felt pressure on my shoulders after a night of side sleeping. Anyway, Amerisleep made the return process simple and quick. They did not pressure me into keeping the mattress. I wish they had a store that we could try the AS5 because I would like to give this company another chance. Top-Notch customer service. "

"Worst back pain from a mattress. It cost me time,energy,and was unbelievable bad on my back. After calling, the company send me a crappie foam cover, I was insulted by the quality and that cost it cost money for this pain. "

"I didn’t have a transitional stage where I needed to adjust to this bed. I loved it immediately and just became more and more satisfied with it each day. The biggest thing I noticed is that I slept the whole night and I didn’t wake up ticked off because my partner kept me up from his tossing and turning. The bed is great for him too because he is no longer tossing and turning (and now does not have to wake up to an angry Mrs.). Overall, I am very happy with the bed and I would highly recommend it."

"The mattress arrived on our porch a day before it was expected with tracking. It nearly killed us getting the thing upstairs to our bedroom. It weighs an absolute TON in the box. We are two senior citizens of better than average strength and dexterity, but it was almost too much for us.

Our bed is a Victorian antique and the 35-year old mattress we were replacing was about half the thickness, so I now need a step stool to elevate my short-legged body into bed.

Functionally, I have no complaints about the mattress. It is very comfortable and we no longer need extra pillows between the knees to sleep on our sides. We are content."
