The mattress arrived on time in an oddly sized box. I immediately assumes I ordered the incorrect size. Much to my satisfaction it was just how they boxed it - rather ingenious - it literally "popped" open, no creases or wrinkles, and looked perfect - instant mattress.

The value was there too. I paid a little over $1,100 and received a well constructed mattress that so far has been great. Other mattresses that are of this type were double the price.

"Bought a split-king adjustable frame and mattress set. Have been sleeping on it for the past three weeks and liking it a lot. White glove delivery and setup of frame was professional and without incident. This setup was at the top of the field in cost, but all reviews I found made it seem like it would be worth the expense. "Ordered a mattress and adjustable base. Mattress came in a couple of days, but the base took about six weeks to arrive. I scheduled delivery, they confirmed, then never showed up. No phone call or attempt to reschedule. Trying to get ahold of someone myself to reschedule was extremely difficult - the delivery company actually contracts out to a second delivery company, neither of which are Amerisleep. No one would answer phones or return messages. It was a major hassle. When the base finally was delivered everything went well. But it has me afraid now of ordering a second bed/base combo like we were planning on. Haven’t slept on the mattress enough yet to know if I’m keeping it or not, but I’m initially impressed with it "

"We ordered the mattress after reading lots of reviews online (mostly from the Amerisleep site). We ordered the mid range softness and found it to be much too firm for our liking. The quality was good and there was no gassing odor at all. We tried for several weeks to get used to it as suggested but had to ultimately give up and buy a traditional pillow top from another company. We are currently in the process of returning the Amerisleep product. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be hassle free and we will get our money back as guaranteed.

I have nothing negative to say other than it just didn't work for us. I know a lot of people really like the feel, I think I just expected it to be softer/squishier."

"I found this all to be a very easy, lovely experience. I ordered the bed and was a little sad that the expected delivery date was almost a month off, but then I promptly got a shipping notice and I had my bed within a week. So that was a pleasant surprise! The bed was easy to set up and we slept on it the first night. I find it really comfortable. The only drawback to this whole process is that if you buy a bed from a conventional store, they take your old bed away, but this time we had to pay a junk hauler to take our bed, which was just an added cost. But overall it was worth it and I love my bed!"
