"So far I love our new mattress. However, it took over a month before we actually got it. I understand that there was a quality issue, but I had to call to find out and the. They never got back to me until I wrote a public review. After that a representative reached out to me. He promised to make up for my frustration by giving us two free pillows and a mattress pad for our new mattress. That was weeks ago & I'm still waiting to receive them. The mattress was further delayed and I did get an email informing me with the promise of two more free pillows, which I did receive.
We do really like the mattress so far, but it weighs a ton! I’m honestly worried about what we’ll do when we move & I can’t change out my bedskirt without help. Even with two of us it’s difficult. "

"Our adjustable bed arrived about 10 days later than the scheduled delivery date. When it finally arrived it was missing a roller so it couldn't be certified fully operable. After another week or so a tech person arrived to correct the problem. Everything has been fine since then, the adjustable bed and mattress are as advertised. Everything works great and we're very satisfied with the purchase."

"Hard to believe company hype now-a-days and often disappointed. UNTIL Amerisleep! Gave us online advice about just which mattress to buy and we couldn't be more pleased so far. Have had it about a month and a half. Best thing I can say is that it is so good we don't even ever have to think about it or how it affects our lives. Top quality sleep. Wife Loves it!"

"The mattress (AS5) was initially delayed in shipping for quite some time (a bit over 1.5 months), but Amerisleep offered some complementary pillows (which are great!) for the trouble. And once it did ship, it arrived in two days. The mattress itself appears to me to be very high quality and my first night's sleep was pretty good. I'm sure it'll only get better too as it breaks in! I also noticed NO off gassing smell, though I'm not sure if that's normal or, just completely guessing, the result of the mattress cores themselves possibly being precut and ventilating in the factory while they were waiting for the mattress covers to arrive (the covers being the apparent source of delayed shipping). Either way, I'm very pleased with the mattress and would definitely recommend it."

"Good, but I do not see why the cost is almost double then other brands.

Plus I do not see any benefit of that Celliant cover, maybe it's just me."

At first, there was a delay in shipping of the product we ordered because a defect that was getting fixed, they were very upfront and offered us two free pillows for our wait. the mattress itself is excellent quality and very comfortable, I don't see us returning it. " I love the mattress! I love the pillows! I love the customer service! I was leary about buying my mattress online but absolutely hated the idea of traveling to the nearest city to “mattress shop.” My son and daughter-in-law purchased a mattress from Amerisleep and loved it so we thought we’d give it a try. So easy to order online. The best part is that we could try it at home and if we didn’t like it, we could return it. I’m glad we love it because I’d hate to have to figure out how to pack it up and ship it back! He said he has an expensive Temper-pedic mattress and he was more comfortable on my Amerisleep! That says a lot! And the pillows...oh, the pillows!
