"We had ordered a medium firm bed, I knew I normally like softer but my fiancee always talks about wanting a firm bed so I figured we'd hit somewhere around the middle. I did as they asked and slept on it for 30 days but it was pretty evident it was too hard for me. So I called asking about a return or a switch out and the customer service representative immediately offered to send us a free topper that would soften the feel of the bed to try out. Plus by getting the topper it re-extended our trial by the 30 days to the full 120 day trial. I accepted their offer, the topper came within about a week and is a great fix without having to deal with switching to a different bed and some guilt knowing they'd just have to throw away the original mistake. I wish every company had customer service set up like this. No manager had to get involved, they just fixed the problem. "

"Firstly I woke up sneezing and had runny eyes and nose. This eventually subsided. But I still have back and side pain when I wake up. It is no better than my 10 year old mattress. We were away for a week and I did not have any pain in the mornings. Now back at home the pain has returned.
