"The information for the Hilo Bistro Mug was exactly as shown and stated, product quality and printing was excellent. Customer Service was outstanding. The only problem I had was the shipping department did not put enough tape on the bottom of the cartons and it was torn open. 5 mugs were totally destroyed. Even the UPS driver commented on the fact that the tape had broken loose. There was only 1 strip of the paper tape that has strings through it on the bottom. It is the kind of tape that has to be wet when applied. It was not and the tape was not even stuck on the seam on 3 of the cartons. The tape also had torn loose on each end. These cartons weighed 27 lbs. each, so they needed at least 3 strips of tape on the bottom of the cartons. There were 3 strips on the top of the cartons. Customer Service replaced the mugs with no problem at all, but the problem could have been avoided altogether. Please pass this along to the Packing/Shipping Department. I am extremely pleased with everything else about your product & service. Thank you!"
