"Ordered my pens for an event after getting a sample pen and confirming the color was what I wanted. Pens were as expected and consistent with the preview. (Tried a different company last year and the text was TOO small and didn't match the preview.) Coming back to Amsterdam was an Awesome Experience!"

"I rarely buy specialties anymore because I HATE the "set up fees". I know that once upon a time setting up a custom product was rather a hassle but those days are long gone now as most "set ups" consist of a few key strokes on a computer enabling custom made items, and even free samples, with minimal effort. The continuance of the so called "set up fees" is, at best, unethical in an era which has long ago outgrown the hassle involved, it's now just add on profit. This last order was a good deal and I'll be alert for more but I'm through paying "set up fees."

"I've been an Amsterdam customer for years. You know when you have a great partner as soon as things get tough and your partner is there for you. Chantal is my rep - she goes far beyond the call of duty to help me out when things get tough. We've gone hrough two back to back hurricanes over a two week period and Chantal ensured that our orders were delivered on time and even when we've had hiccups she has resolved them. "I ordered the same product a while back and was very pleased with the outcome. In fact, I was so pleased that as I became close the running out of them, I placed another order, requesting a larger quantity of pens.
Upon receipt of the order, I noticed that the print on the pen was a much smaller font than the original order. This is not acceptable to me, as I give these out to clients and they will have a more difficult time reading them.
There was not warning or notice of the change of font size ever given to me."

"We ordered 600 pens and when delivered the package was broken open. I counted the pens (which took time I didn't have) and it looks like they added extra pens (30 more than I ordered) in the order which would account for the higher price than I originally thought I'd be paying. Eight of the pens arrived disassembled or dirty and unable to be used. I will probably order from another company next time."
