"I made a very small order at this company which usually takes much larger orders. The person assisting was so helpful and accommodating. This is a great company!"
"Have been a long time customer - till today. There is something wrong with the communication within this company, specifically between billing and customer service. We struggled for a month over a simple order because billing could not process the last $2 of an order. By that time the date of the promo event passed. Every communication from the company was confusing, wrong, or gave me specific dates for action that were wrong - or at least ignored by the rest of the company. This order was an insignificant expense for me that turned into a major time waster. For the sake of my past satisfaction with their products and because they informed me by email that my late order would not be completed for a few more days I made one last offer to them to update the message so I could at least use the pens at another upcoming event. The answer just a few minutes later from customer service was: "Your original order has been produced and shipped out (today) Your tracking # with Fed Ex is (xx). Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the new order as well."
The answer is no. And based on the unmitigated gall of this last message I shall not proceed with any future orders either. "

"We used a coupon we got in the mail, we got really nice pens for 60% off. When we received the pens our company name was a bit squashed. I emailed a photo of the issue and with in 15 minutes someone called me. Not only did they send me new revised pens free of charge but we were also able to keep the other pens for internal use.

"I really like the pens/stiles the only thing I do not like about them as that the ink that they come with, there is lil to none in them. We have used the pens for a week and we have already gone through at least 10 pens. For what they cost, you would think they ink would last longer. They are not something we use all day long. Also a few of the pens I received the tops were not completely secured and I had to put them together. "

"Logo was wrong. The proof was correct however when the pens came they were wrong. Was charged shipping on my free product when there was not supposed to be shipping. Was charged 56.94 in shipping and handling for my order which seems excessive. They also charged my card a different amount than what I was told. Not very happy about my experience to say the least. However they did try to rectify the situation. "
