I sent an email informing them of the issue. Even though the lights still worked I was concerned about how long they would work since they had been on for who knows how long. "We ordered several hundreds of wall calendars for year-end customer appreciation. There happen is a conference so we decided to distribute some there. But we thought there isn't enough time to receive them in our office in California before leaving for the conference, we asked to ship to the conference site in New Orleans instead. We got a great price, fast processing, and helpful staff, which are a very positive experience. However if the shipping info can be more accurate and detail, such as the date of arrival, number of boxes, and their weight, we could have decided to ship to our office instead. We ended up have to carry the heavy boxed by ourselves after the conference."

"I had two different brands to choose from when i was ordering pens for the company i work for. Amsterdam was a little more expensive, but had a great look to there pen, so I ordered from them. When we got the pens, they looked so good! However, after about a week of using them, we started having problems with the paint chipping off them, the tops even fall of if you click them to hard, and the two that I was using ran out of ink in less than a week. Not at all happy and would like to be compensated somehow."
