"I ordered 3 laser modules from Ankaka it costs $ 69.00 since July 2012 but never receive the order up to Oct 16 2012. I have contacted the company for refund, but they just reply that the order is under investigation and ask me to be patient without solving the problem. It is not the responsibility for customers to wait forever and is not a fair practice for all customers. The company tries to give reason to delay for refund. So far, they never directly answer my request when the issue can be solved. I will report to Business of Commerce US/China to stop her continue fraud of cheating as I believe the company only collects money without shipping to the customers."
