"I just received the Apad I purchased from Ankaka and it does not work. I have contacted Ankaka regarding this issue, but the response time is horrible. This I can understand because I am in the US and Ankaka is located in China and there is a 14 hour time difference but I have been keeping track of the time to get in touch with the live chat that is advertised on the website. However the live chat is supposed to be available only during work hours from 9am to 6pm, so I made sure to go online line at 7pm US time which is 9am China time to take advantage of Live Chat, but it was still unavailable. I have been waiting to catch Live Chat but no luck so far. The only way Ankaka can be contacted is via email which is a big negative for me. I will never, ever deal with another company in another country and no US telephone contact numbers. This is a horrible experience for me and I am hoping it doesn't get worse. I will keep in touch with the outcome."
"TERRIBLE company placed an order and paid for express service. Asked if it could be shipped with a known carier like DHL, UPS etc. I was told the system automatically ships via the cheapest option so I asked Ankaka if I could pay extra on top of the price I already paid for express delivery to guarantee a the fastest option not the cheapest. Snow due to fall in Europe and Ankaka send it out EUEXPRESS cheap service going via Royal Mail. I am SOO ANGRY as the weather in UK has caused severe delays to deliveries....DO NOT USE THEM THEY GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE SHIPPING OPTION THEY CHOOSE YET CHARGE EXTRA FOR EXPRESS!!! USE Chinabuye, Chinavasion anyone except Ankaka!"
