"I ordered replacement HDD trays for my antec P280 and they took 2 weeks to send me the wrong parts and charged me 15 dollars for 3 plastic trays and some screws even though my product was within the warranty period because I couldn't prove it they charged me. What I received was a paid invoice that detailed exactly what I asked for but the product sent is a metal hdd tray that is not compatible with my case nor does it look similar at all. You try and call their support line and there are no options for replacement parts. There are 3 options none of which are applicable and then they hang up on you instead of sending you to customer service. I am currently on hold and have been for over 30 minutes and have been sitting at "queue position 2" for the entirety of the time. When I tried calling the number on my invoice I got dial up/fax machine noises. These people don't even know their own products much less how to conduct customer service. I won't be purchasing anymore products from antec as I have been much happier with both the service and build quality I have been getting from silverstonetek. I found this site, read all of the previous reviews and then wrote my own and I'm still on the same hold line."
"I am reviewing the Antec Power Supply EA-650. I have had two of these fail and got warranty replacements. Antec will not pay for return shipping for their failed products so I have spent about $28 to ship them back. Antec provided me written notice that they would replace the EA-650 with another more reliable unit but they failed to honor that statement. They lied to me and now won't help me.
So I am stuck with the unreliable EA-650. Antec used to have good power supplies but I won't buy them anymore. They are a bad company and make sucky computer power supplies."
"This company's shipping requirements through UPS are ridiculous, I had a 70 dollar order placed over a week ago, and it is required that someone sign for the package in person. I signed the tag left on the first day, then yesterday, they leave another one, so I signed that, now, I'm waiting for the UPS ninja to show up and probably totally avoid my door today, just so my parts can get sent back."

"I had purchased an Antec Neo 550 PSU that ran great since last November, then inexplicably died. After removing the PSU from my tower, I noticed that it was making a strange rattling sound like a piece had broken off inside.
Antec's online RMA process was easy to complete and I received an RMA number 10 hours later. After boxing and shipping off my dead PSU, I received a brand new one as a replacement.
The service was quick and efficient. Awesome company!"

The PSU is good. It failed after around 15 months, the good news is that it did no damage to the system. The fan not working, overheating prevents system from working long. My old PSU damaged the whole computer because of capacitor explosion (I could not remember its brand).
The RMA is great. They response fast, explain everything clear. They shipped out a new Truepower Trio to me pretty fast.
You have to get a Ticket NUmber, then RMA.
Much better than my other RMAs. This is the best. I have used RMAs with seagate and ASUS. It took 3 weeks to get motherboard from ASUS, works; however, physical damage on board is visible. Seagate was faster than ANTEC; however, the replaced drive died within 6 months, they always gave you used drives. "
"I buy power supplies from antec on a regular basis. I now realize that if in any event you have to come in contact with their company, you will become extremely dissatisfied with their service. There's ONE person on the RMA number voicemail (which always goes unanswered) and they do not offer a channel partner program or any advance replacement options... "
"A few weeks ago, I ordered a side panel for my Antec Aria case. This was for a right side panel. The parts drawing on their web site (http://www.antec.com/pdf/drawings/ARIA.pdf) says the right side panel is the panel on your right side as you face the case. What I got sent was the left side panel. So I thought ok, maybe the drawing is reversed and I'll order the left side panel this time since it's gotta be the right part. Guess what I received today? Another left side panel. I now have two parts I don't need and still don't have the correct panel. I'm pretty sure ordering a top panel isn't going to get me a right side panel so I'm out of options.
Also, I twice e-mailed the order department saying to not send the package signature required. Guess what? Both packages were shipped signature required. This system obviously doesn't work.
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Antec is no longer on my list for equipment purchases.
Anyone want a Aria left side panel? I now have two."
"This will be my last Antec case unless they change for the better today.
Bought an Overture case. The Power supply died. After weeks of dealing with Antec, I got the new one. No SATA connectors. No SATA connectors means the PS is worthless to me. And why did it not have these connectors? The box it came in had a sicker saying "SATA ready". I called them this time. Instead of sending the right PS, they want to send "adaptors". Ever tried hidding cables in an overture case? That's what I need, more wire.
All this may seem minor, but, The PS died 6 weeks ago, The overture hasn't worked since. I'm still waiting on those "adaptors". I haven't heard anything out of them since last week.
I'm going to call once more then call it a leason and buy from another company.
Update
Antec called. To shorten this, I could have gotten the right power supply if I was willing to wait 1 to 2 more weeks. I passed. Had the adaptors shipped instead. They did arrive but I think I'll pick another manufacturer next time."

"I recently ordered a side panel for my Antec case. On the website, the panel was pictured in black. After I placed my order, and reviewed it, I noticed the description now said beige. I immediately called their customer support and asked them what color the panel would be. The rep assured me it would be black, and that the description on their website was a mistake. I logged back on shortly after, and the description had been "corrected" to black.
When I received my panel, the first mistake was that it was beige, NOT black as I was told. Second, the panel was bent on several of the corners, forcing me to bend them back before I could even make it fit my computer.
I am very disappointed in Antec, and have no plans on doing future business with them.
UPDATE: After sending an e-mail to Antec, a gentleman by the name of Jim phoned me. He apologized for the mix-up, and said he would send me out the correct product at no charge. He added that it would be expediated shipping, and he would personally inspect the package to make sure it is fit for shipping.
UPDATE #2: My new side panel arrived the other day. It was indeed black, and packaged a lot better than the last time. And as promised, it was all done at no extra cost to me. This has renewed my faith in this company somewhat, but I will still be very careful if I order from them in the future."
"I purchased a case, SLK3700AMB, for a new computer from newegg.
While assembling the computer I noticed that the top latch on the side door would not stay closed.
I sent an email to Antec telling them of the problem.
Instead of just sending me a new latch, which I would of been happy with, the fine people at Antec sent me a complete new side door. No cost to me.
This is excellent service and I will continue to look to Antec first whenever I need a case or power supply.
