"Ordered replacement antenna for my 4Runner. Fit was okay but "Stainless" steel rusted and seized in 6 months. Would buy OEM from dealership before buying such very poor quality from AntennaMastsRus again."
"I ordered an antenna mast for my Ford Taurus wagon to see whether I could avoid paying a repair shop several times as much. It arrived in 3 days, and took me about 2 hours to replace, because I had to remove the antenna motor and radio, hidden behind the spare tire, to remove the broken piece of the old nylon strip. I was expecting to have to do this, and although a little time consuming, it only required a wrench and screwdriver. After reassembly, I fed in the antenna like the instructions said, and it fit perfectly and works like new. I couldn't be happier with it. "
"Ordered aftermarket antenna that was supposed to be 99% like OEM. The one recieved has 2 large holes on opposite sides of the rubber and not 2 small ones as OEM. You can see the spring base inside the rubber and there is white/grey printing on cover up the rest of the mast. Clearly not 99% OEM as original is black covering. They will gladly take it back for 25% restocking fee. Plus $6 for USPS shipping makes this a bust."
"Beware: They claim "oem" masts but the one I received was clearly an imitation. If oem is important to you, call them first to verify it for your model."
"Excellent website, company, customer service shipping and price.
I needed a new antenna for my car. This website was easy to use and find what I needed to replace a power antenna mast. It was one third the price of the dealer. it came on the second business day and is an exact and high quality part. The instructions with it were detailed and easy to follow. Five stars!!"
"Ordered Mast for Lexus RX300. Although the over all weight was a little less (probably thinner metal than the OEM), it works, period. Just finished road trip and was getting AM signal nearly 200 miles from Dallas. Instructions were spot on and I was able to do the installation with a minimum of aggravation. Saved a ton of money over going to the Lexus store.
Would definately buy from these folks again."
"I was rather surprised to find a company that sells little other than antenna masts for broken electric car antennas. I placed an order and paid with PayPal on the 26th and it was delivered via USPS Priority Mail today, on the 28th.
Antennas look identical to the broken OE one and came with an instruction page. To install my replacement mast, I had to remove a cover on my old motor and pull out the broken plastic gear strip out. Other than that, the replacement was uneventful. The antenna on my old Lincoln looks like new, now.
I am extremely pleased and hope these people are still in business if I ever need an antenna mast again."
