"This company will tease you with fast delivery, then end up notifying you that "Your order # has been sent to our Drop Shipment facility. It may take another 10-12 days for your order to arrive."

I wish I had checked here first!
"This place deserves only 1 star.
I place my order on Nov 27 for a simple pair of Nike shoes. USPS notes this shipment as delayed, but with not a single update since Dec 4. Chatbot was worthless. The fist time I called and was on hold, the call was disconnected. I called again the next day and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes before a representative answered. She blamed everything on USPS and refused to take any action."

Forcing me to reset my password was stupid.
"A forced password reset is stupid, especially if the new requirements are no stricter than the old one. It's an unnecessary hassle, and Cardcash is not going to be my first choice next time."

Excellent customer service, pricing, and delivery!
"I called Tires Easy one morning and the guy who answered the phone was truly an expert who gladly answered all of my questions. I place my order online a few minutes afterward and the tires were promptly delivered by FedEx 2 days later. No one else came close to the overall delivered price."

"This place flat-out stinks and I will never make the mistake of doing business with them again. Amazon should permanently remove them. They outright lied to me about the shipment of an order and when I brought this to their attention, they lied yet again. This kind of condescending behavior is unacceptable. There is no good reason to trust this merchant. Take care of the customer, or else someone else will."

"This company's service to customers is terrible, so beware of their tempting pricing. It may not be worth your trouble. In my case I placed an order for a refrigerator/freezer which was clearly in stock when I placed my order. They promptly charged my credit card. Nine days later I followed up on the order only to find out that it was on backorder! With absolutely no notification from them. So thanks for tying my money for no service and no product in return. This was the second time out of two transactions that I have had a problem with this company, so I am never doing business with them again."

In order to offer the best possible price to the customers, we produce the glasses in our overseas production facilities and they are initially shipped from there. We have 2 regular shipping methods to choose from:
1 - Standard shipping that takes 14-21 business days.
2 - Priority shipping that takes 10-12 business days.
The first option was selected for your order however, we always try our best to deliver the product as early as possible.
In addition to this, we do offer rush shipping options as well with specific frames and lenses. To proceed with the rush delivery in the future, you can select a frame from the available rush options and process the order.
