"I came in for Sculptra injections in the ****. When I called in to inquire about the procedure and book a consultation, I asked what the estimated price would be. I was informed the first session would be about $800 but when I had my consultation, they informed me $3000. (I had a feeling $800 couldn’t be right, but I wanted to share that so the front desk staff could be informed of the proper pricing) I did the procedure and we mapped out the areas that would be worked on, I expressed that the most important part for me would be a cellulite dimple on one side, but the doctor started on the other cheek and used more Sculptra than planned, which meant there was barely any product left to use on the area with the dimple, or the other areas on that cheek. I could tell because when he wasn’t finished the first side, the technician assisting him said he has 20 units left and he hadn’t even started the other side. When we mapped out the area he marked the dimple as needing 20 units, another dimple needing 20 and the hip dip needing 25, which meant he would have needed at least 65 units but only had 20 left. I’m disappointed because my main concern was having the cellulite dimple filled, and now I know that it is the main area that wasn’t treated and I won’t see a result. I feel my money was wasted. "

"I found there was a hard-sell to buy skin-care products during the visit. I felt rushed at the end of the visit as there was an appointment they wanted to get started scheduled after me.

The botox treatment itself was fine and very quick. The outcome was fine but my eyebrows had an unusual arch to them and a few deep wrinkles remained on my forehead in two areas while the rest of that area was very smooth -- looked a bit odd."
