"I find I can’t communicate what I need in the sessions until Dr.frame comes in. I keep getting spoken over. I also ask for pricing and never get an answer. I love the work that Dr.frame does but it takes a lot of hassle to get to the finished product. I wish there was less sales pressure better communication. If the ladies want to give me pamphlets on the treatments they recommend that’s great I’ll happily take a read but don’t book me appointments for stuff I didn’t ask for and don’t know the price of. It’s embarrassing to have to say no at the downstairs counter. "

"My initial visit was amazing - Full service, attention to detail and I left with my initial scope (Botox) and additional service (cheek fillers) .... super impressed with quality of work and follow ups. Next visit they gave me Botox instead of disport which I made clear several times; disport lasts me much longer. Whatever, mistakes happen. Initial cheek fillers lasted approx 5 months so required a top up fairly fast - which makes me question the product. They again, screwed up and provided me Botox product after I specified multiple times my preference of disport. They did provide me 10 units of disport for free, but that was on top of the 32 units of Botox I had to pay for. :/. They continued to speak to me about the quality of my skin and acne and continued to try to sell my on their face line products after I was very clear I didn’t want to talk about my skin and was aware of my acne and ongoing concerns. They never provided a follow up call to see how I was doing and that was the last fail for me. Too bad they couldn’t continue the level of the initial visit, I would have been a lifer. Also, when a client expressed their awareness of skin issues and are not asking for your advise, stop providing recommendations as u promote insecurities. I understand the strategy to upsell, but telling females they have sausages on their face is a trigger not a honest consultation. It would also be helpful and respectful to load the injectables within the room and straight from the product bottles as I question the 100% authenticity of their products. I would say there may be some filling ingredients within their jnjectables based on the length of life comparative to other clinics. Keep it classy AntiAging "

"I have been coming into the clinic off and on for many years. I think that the service is very professional and Dr. Frame is the only one I would trust now for fillers and botox. The only thing that I find a little inconvenient and annoying is the lengthy consultation process coming in each time. I know what I am coming in for my regular 3 month botox or 6-12 month fillers I do not wish to be upsold products such as laser etc and other things I'm not interested in. I wish one would make notes the first time so as to please not up-sell me the same services over again. I know I'm getting older and I'm not perfect but I don't need pointing out every little imperfection on my face either. Sometimes it would be nice to just come in and have the service provided in a more quickly and efficient manner. Although the team are very professional. Just a little feed back. : )

I was also asked to fill out a questionnaire that included what my wish list was, i.e. what sort of changes I would like to see. Based on this they recommended some botox and some filler. What I was not very happy with was the final bill. Before the treatment I was quoted one price (ball-park, admittedly) but the final bill was quite a bit more. "
