"I had purchased an item from Anypromo several months ago, we were interested in ordering more in 2021, as the item was a well-received by the staff here. I had communicated this to our Account Rep, she was excited to work with us when we were ready. Today i received an email for a promotion for the end of the year, i browsed the item i was interested in and added it to my cart to see how it would price out, not being low enough to squeeze into this years budget, i decided to wait until 2021 officially starts. I received a voicemail and email from another staff member at Anypromo say they could offer a special discount, among other things. I replied that I'm not in the office at the moment but would like a quote with the special discount mentioned, and i would review it upon my return to the office later in the day. And that this would be a reorder of an item we ordered several months ago, just upping the quantity. He replied "Will do". I never received a quote, what i received was an order confirmation for an order i didn't place. I tried contacting my account rep immediately, as she sent the confirmation, she didn't answer. I transferred to the operator, who wasn't much help, but did manage to track down my account rep, operator transferred me to my account rep, again no answer, transfer back to operator, no answer. Hang up and call my rep again, finally an answer. She doesn't see the big deal, the order wouldn't have processed without my approval on the proof, completely missing that someone in her staff placed an order in my name without my approval. And once this was brought to her attention she became very insensitive to the matter, and simply stated she would just cancel the order, offering no explanation of how an order was placed without approval, or an apology that this happened. "
"I came to this company because my last supplier increased the prices and it was unexpected and very unreasonable. They have increased their price on an item I order 3 times in 6 months. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC????? We already have to pay taxes on these online products now because of a new law and ANYPROMO is adding insult to injury! It’s ridiculous. The manager gave me a one time courtesy and charged me the price I paid just 3 days ago, but what’s next????? You keep going up on the prices!??? Another thing, no matter how much in advance you submit orders, it’s ALWAYS an issue or delay when you’re ready to approve and pay for it!!!!!!! They send so many emails to get you to approve it and when you do it’s always an issue. Makes no sense. Now it’s possible I won’t make the deadline I needed them for. I’m going to start looking for another printing company. This is ridiculous! The rep messed up my order and then the person that was supposed to fix it left for the day. I can’t risk not having my stuff on time nor these “just because” rising prices and it’s not a small increase. They have completely ruined my day and possibly what I been planning for weeks since my items are still not fully ordered!!! "
"I received a shipment of light up pens, upon opening the box the first pen i removed from the box had the metal end missing, no problem you just couldn't push the end of the pen in this was a problem. I then checked the light up portion of the pen as I was headed to a meeting and was going to give everyone at the meeting a pen. Out of the first 5 one didn't work, so I proceeded to try another 5 there again the 5th pen didn't light up. I then checked about 25 -30 pens and out of those pens I had 2 missing the metal end piece and 5 that didn't light up. And the one I was using would light off and on. So contacted Customer Service and was fortunate enough to get Raya. She sent a pickup for the box of pens and worked with me to find a satisfactory replacement. "

"We ordered 250 can coozies and our company logo came out distorted. Our logo circle was printed slightly ovaled, and putting it on a can made it worse. Rayo Sedano, Resolutions Specialist, was wonderful in coordinating a no-cost reprint of our order in a very timely fashion. Fingers crossed the re-print gets the logo correct!
