"I have used AnyPromo for several marketing items. This is the first time I am not pleased with the product. I have used this same logo design in the past without issue. The imprint on my product did not match the design itself. It was a dual image product, and neither imprint matches the approved design. It's unfortunate, because I have 200 balls with an incorrect logo and an imprint that does not match the layout on the proof either, to the tune of over $400. I have pictures of the balls and the proofs if you need to see them. "

"I needed to place an order with a pretty fast turnover, so I called customer service to see if my order would be able to be completed on time, and the agent who took my call, LaTrina Davis, was wonderful to work with. She verified that my order could be completed on time with two different sources, put through my order with a rush herself, and helped me get a discount that almost completely took care of my rush shipping costs. This lovely lady deserves a raise!
A day or two later, I had another order with AnyPromo being processed and needed to call customer service to make sure my proof could be approved on time. The customer service agent that answered my call this time, Vivian, was able to get everything taken care of in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service!
