"I have been purchasing several promotional items for our company from Anypromo.com and have been very satisfied.
The only suggestion I have is to allow for companies to fax over purchase orders. I tried and was told I had to order online.

"The quality of the string bags (item #654131) was terrible. The bags themselves were translucent and the grommets holding the straps ripped out quickly. Customer service eventually issued a credit equivalent to a 30% discount. Even with that discount, the price was not worth the product. I can't imagine the glowing reviews/ratings that I read about these bags are real. They were just plain terrible."
"Communication was awful, with many days and even a week sometimes until I got a response on a question . Yet on at least one occasion I was told I had a two hour window to advise how to proceed. The worst was the product. The first shipment contained cracked cups and at least a third of the cups were all scratched up. The company did honor the guaranty though and a few weeks later I got a replacement shipment. Yet this one also had damaged merchandise. I returned them and after 3 weeks of follow up got my refund. The biggest problem was lack of communication- long delays in responding to questions, no heads up before UPS was picking merchandise up and then a long delay in processing the credit. Good thing I started my project so far in advance."

Hello John,
Our warehouse has brought this claim to a conclusion. It looks as the logo color changes with the cup color as the background color of the cup makes the logo appear pinkish and grayish. Please note we cannot issue a refund or a redo on the cups as we did not show a proof with the red cup. We used your logo as is. There will be a variation in the logo color depending on the background of the cup.

So what you are telling me is that you company doesn't stand behind its work? The background is WHITE on the logo,not gray or pink.That falls on your company,not the vector file that I sent.For your company to portray it as so is shoddy business practices to say the least.But if that's the decision,then that is a shame.I own 22 stores and this was a test drive for a new project.We were planning on doing multiple orders over the next year or so. I guess I will have to find a company that wants to work with me.
