"The designer introduced an error into our logo, misspelling the name of our company in the fine print. We didn't catch the "o" becoming and "a" on the proof, because it was 8pt font of a logo we've been staring at for years. A month later we start handing them out and sure enough, one of our students finds the typo. I called the company hoping that their "if it's in any way our fault, we'll fix it policy" would cover it, but nope. After several phone calls, the best I got was a 15% discount on a reorder. Great. Now I get to figure out what to do with several hundred reminders of why I will never use this company again."
