Incredibly, their return policy does NOT ALLOW an installed part to be returned!
How can a customer determine the operation of a part without trying to see if it works???
Now I have two switches and am out $38!
Obviously this company is more interested in their bottom line rather than customer satisfaction.
And by the way, there is NO telephone listed so all communication is done via messaging to a "no reply" web address only to recieve a canned response from an unknown sender.
Stay away from this firm and its site!
Use Amazon if it offers the item which in almost every case it will and their return policy is driven by satisfying its customers!"
