shipped order out to wrong address, haven't heard a damn thing from them in getting this corrected or a refund to my credit card.
Customer service on phone was horrible too.

"Horrible shipping. 3-4 days from Philly to NYC? Unacceptable. Placed order shortly after noontime on Tues. 7/11/06. Didn't ship till' the following day. I guess they don't believe in same day shipping. C'mon guys get with the program. That's what happens when people use non-union scab carriers. However, UPS(which are Teamster carriers) is only one day from Philly to NYC. I think that AG should give the customer/consumer the option to choose their carrier of choice. Also, no tracking tab on their website. You have to rely on a tracking # being e-mailed to you which they did. Providing that AG rectified these minor flaws, I could easily list them among the elite list of e-tailers. Other than this shipping issue, excellent prices, and a fairly easy to navigate website. I might consider shopping there again as well as recommend them to friends or family. Pardon the lengthy review. Just my two cents. "
