"I ordered two brass plumbing fittings which were dinged up when they arrived. Damage appeared to have occurred prior to shipping. AquaScience‘a restocking fee made returning the items economically unproductive. Also, company took two business days to ship and delivery took another 3 days in a zone that their website advertises as a 2-day delivery zone. My expectations (quality and delivery) were based on company’s advertisement, which I think is misleading."

They did not respond so I called again the next morning and got their answering machine again and I left another message. Aquascience still failed to call me back. Finally on Saturday I received an email stating my order was being shipped. If you call their number you'll find that Aquascience is a repair business that apparently only deals on with internet orders on the side."
