"They trapped me into an order by saying the pants would be available in a few days. Then when I checked shipping status it had got pushed back a week. Waited that week and now it's pushed back another week. Only person loosing here is the customer, they already have their money and I'm stuck waiting weeks when I wouldn't have made the order to begin with if I knew this up front. "
"Never deliver correct amounts of anything. Finally I decided to do paper goods on my own due to the terrible contract the previous person signed. We are still stuck with bad service. Their untrained staff and terrible customer service.
Like i mentioned I have to fulfill a minimum with them. And reduced their services. I thought great! no more worries about running out of paper goods or being billed incorrectly only to find they didn't deliver mop heads which we pay for.
If you do decide to go with them just know that you will be taking on their job description.

The other reviewers on this platform are giving you and accurate depiction of this companies business practices. Heed their warning and look elsewhere. Aramark business practice is to give you an initial low price, mediocre service, and then they use the contract to keep you tied down. They provide lots of scare tactics and threats - just have any decent attorney review their contract beforehand and they will tell any company that uses this much legal ease is not sure of themselves. Also look at all the recent troubles they have had with their own employee lawsuits. If they cant treat their own employees right, what makes you think they will treat you right...? "
"Inferior products for all lines of service and company refuses to resolve issues. Contract is used essentially as extortion to continue service once they have been notified of the problems and refuse to correct them, even though the contract states cancellation policy is 90 days once notified of the inferior product and service when it is not resolved."
"I ordered a pair of insulted overalls from Aramark washed them once so I could wear them and the seam came apart. I then tried to talk to someone about the issue and all I got was they could not do anything about it because they had been washed once. No kind of talk about trying to fix the situation just can't help. I do not recommend this company for any reason. The only reason they washed the one time is because they were so stiff they almost stood up by themselves. And all I was told was have a good day. Product not worth the money spent."
"Aramark has been super easy to work with and the outerwear I've purchased there was absolutely top notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong size of jacket for my son and all I had to do was email them and they changed the size before shipping it out. "

"Ordered a jacket on 11/27/19. Never received a confirmation email,......but got two emails stating I had left the jacket in my shopping cart. So I logged back in and finished my purchase. Never received confirmation on that, so I checked with my bank and they charged me twice. Called their customer service, who said send one back for refund. Sent one "unopened" but got charged for shipping and restocking. I will never shop ARAMARK again, and hope they fix their communications before you shop there."
"A full year of being charged for restroom service and not one time did they install or bring any kind of bathroom supplies, invoices for service dates i was on vacation out of the country ... yet being billed to date. District Manager after a year of complaining called me a liar ( even though I have the proof) to prove other wise, pushes blame on the customer instead of admitting fault and poor service and charges for services not renderd, Delivery man Scott was either thrown under the bus so to speak by the district manager Olivet Salavtore and said Scott said .... he said she said..he brought toilet paper and etc. ( lies) instead again of fixing the billing errors and lack of service, poor uniform quality.. instead blames me for canceling my contract and that they lost money instead of the me the customer losing money not to mention the headache and time it has taken me to get it canceled ( which wasn't easy) this company in my opionin was horrible at everything, then when backed in a coner pushed all blame on customer .... fraud, lies and money is what this company is all about, the only thing this company seems to be on top of is billing, I will forever tell anyone I can about this company and to never ever use them. You are better off buying your own uniforms and restroom supplies paying for embulims on your own... way cheaper less trouble and you don't get called a liar. "
"They increased our prices, then forced my employee who hardly speaks English to sign a paper lying saying that it’s for inventory, but instead it was a 2 year contract. "We had been with them for several years. Uniforms were old and worn out. If a threadbare seem busts they want to charge us for the uniform we've been paying rent on for several years. I quit Aramark and bought uniforms for my employees. The employees are happier washing their uniforms than having to deal with Aramark's pitiful service. I can buy them new uniforms every 4 months for what I was paying to rent worn out uniforms that should have been replaced a couple of years ago."
