"The shutters were packaged in a thin box with no protection such as Styrofoam or anything to help prevent them from being bent. The longer set I ordered at 55 inches in length were taped up around the top of the box when received, probably by UPS. I already knew they were ruined when I saw it. After opening, One was cracked and the other had a bulge. The other 2 smaller sets I ordered however look very nice and realistic after painted. "

"I purchased nine pairs of shutters. The first seven were standard sizes and reasonably priced. They look very nice once installed. The last two pairs were “custom” sizes and cost me $20 more per pair. The “custom” part was the manufacturer cutting off the top of an existing shutter and plastic welding a new top on for a shorter length. I guess what I expected was shutters that had been custom cast and that they would look like the other shutters I received. That is certainly not the case. I won’t do that again!"
