"It took supplier 3 attempts (shipments) and 2+ weeks to finally get my order right. All the "back & forth" required a significant additional investment of my time to communicate back to Customer Service to resolve issues.
First delivery, supplier shipped wrong item & damaged product. Second attempt, one replacement item was damaged upon receipt. Third attempt and I finally had my original order completely intact.
All this for an item that was flagged on website as "2 Day Delivery" which was the primary reason I choose this supplier. Delays caused me to hold up my Contractor for an additional week, costing me more $$$.
Obviously, I'm dissatisfied."
"Everthing is great but couple points of interest though:
1. Some small chips in powdercoat along edges on some of the brackets shipped.
2. The holes are not countersunk, so the bolt heads will be proud of the bracket. It would be a cleaner looking install if the holes were countersunk.

Contacted Architectural Depot and explained I had not received order due to material being too damaged to send by shipper, the same day I received a email conformation that they contacted shipper to verify my order was damaged. Following day another email notifying me that a replacement order was picked and would be prepared for shipment the following day. Very quick and efficient responce to replacing my entire order.
