"Just the pits of a company to deal with. I have spent thousands with this poor excuse for a company and recently the service has been utterly rubbish. Customer service is non existent.
Will never buy from this shower again and would adviSe others to stay well and truly clear."
"Fast delivery of order but there ends the acceptable part of the service.
Sent them a minor technical query and got an automated reply indicating they would be in touch within 2 working days they FAILED TO DO SO.
Now ONE WEEK LATER I still have not been graced with a reply so cant use £800 worth of equipment, so will be sending it all back - what a waste time.
POSTED REVIEW ELSEWHERE AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO REPLY TO THE POST AS OPPOSED TO MY TECHNICAL QUERY - GUTTER LEVEL
*****SHOP ELSEWHERE - THIS LOT TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN***** "
"Purchased a motherboard cpu and ram from this company, found the motherboard to be faulty. Returned after finally getting an RMA number, 45 min on phone. Waited 4 weeks for testing to be done, and nothing email's back and forth, for 2 weeks. Still nothing. Had to raise a case with paypal to finally get a refund. They didnt even respond to the case, just ignored it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"Never have problems with them, some of my hardware is still running strong after nearly 5 years that I got from them (2500k, MSI motherboard p67a-gd55)
I bought a 980TI which comes with Tomb Raider, the very next day the free game turned into The Division. I asked if I could get The Division instead and they got me a code that night. I was out of the valid date period so they couldn't have said it was out of their hands but they gave me one anyway!"
"I shopped with Aria for around 15 years till a Samsumg SSD i bought in December failed after a couple of months.
They refused to give me a refund just the offer of a 'Store Credit' after making me wait over 6 weeks.
Don't buy anything you might think will ever need a warranty claim on, firstly they try to fob you off with 'It's the manufacturer's responsibility' then won't refund you anyway.
Really not a happy shopper"
"I have purchased components from Aria for more than a decade.
Service was always prompt and items functional.
Until one day when they sent me an upgrade kit that did not work.
Then my nightmare started.
I tried to return the whole setup: M/B, CPU and RAM, as I had no means to determine which component was the faulty one.
Their feedback was that I can only return one component at a time and there will be a £20 testing fee for each item. Additionally, I was supposed to cover the return shipment costs, which in my view is outrageous.
I started by returning the motherboard, as a wild guess. Aria's reply was that the M/B had a physical damage that they said I am responsible for and declined any obligation to replace the faulty item.
Any further attempts from my behalf to reason with them were met with an obnoxious attitude.
I will never purchase from them again."
"I bought a i7-4790 CPU at £231 which is the best price I could find. It arrived on Saturday and now I have my over-clocked PC running nicely.
My mom asked me to get rid of my over-enthusiastic friends early evening as they were getting a little excited with my new PC!!
Thanks Aria :-)"
"Do NOT order from Aria Technologies, they may seem like they have some good deals, but if something should go wrong with a delivery they will ignore you!
I ordered several products, of which one was missing (Samsung Evo SSD 240) and all they did was point the finger at the delivery company who pointed it back at them!
After that they just fobbed me off when i tried to make calls. They packaged 600 pounds worth of electronic goods in plastic bag and the one with the missing product was ripped but because someone signed for it DPD won't take responsibility and because aria show a black and white photo before it's packaged they consider it not their problem. If you want to gamble your money away, then buy from Aria."
"I own a PC / IT Business and lost two customers because of these cowboys.
It took them 9 months to replace 3 faulty hard drives, yes, you read it correctly NINE months !! I was fobbed off with all manner of excuses, accused of damaging them myself etc and then the fun began.
Three drives all failed within several days of each other, so I went to the manufacturer's website to file a warranty replacement, only to be told that my drives were GREY "OUT OF REGION" IMPORTS and therefore NOT covered by any manufacturer warranty at all.
So, back to Aria. I had the first drive replaced after weeks of hassling them, only to get a refurbished drive from a well known and unreliable manufacturer, which I had already stated that I would NOT accept as being a suitable exchange. Replacing that with a suitable drive took another few weeks. The remaining two drives took several months suffering the same setbacks as the first.
To cut a VERY long 9 month saga short, it took months of emails, deciphering badly written replies back ( grammar and spelling left a lot to be desired ), countering accusations of maliciously damaging items etc, the owner totally ignored my pleas for help with the matter and so finally it took a Trading Standards threat to resolve matters.
I'd have understood maybe 9 months to replace 3000 drives, but for just three ?
Avoid like the plague is my personal recommendation. ZERO stars and never again will I shop there.
Oh, it also took them a year to close my account as requested after this debacle was resolved. Cowboys, the whole outfit."
"After buying a hard drive and receiving a dead unit i`m now being told I have to wait ten days for the unit to be tested when I was told it would be three days.
The fact the drive was sent in sub standard packaging will indicate the reason for failure!
Worst service I have ever experienced. The staff have a don`t give a f*** attitude, never return E-mails and are generally un-helpfull . I will never be using Aria again, Disgusted !!"
"Lies lies and more lies.
i ordered a graphics card from these liars and then immediately cancelled the order (via email) as i had found a deal which suited me better from another company.
2 days later i recieve an email that they cannot cancel the order as it had been shipped that morning....so they had recieved my cancellation email yet decided against reading it until 2 days later after they had shipped.
so i called them and explained that i have ordered from elsewhere and i dont want it where as i am advised to not accept the parcel and they can quickly give me a refund.
10 days later i email the liars and ask where my refund is only to be told that they haven't recieved the item back..so i asked for the tracking number and courier so i can call and check for myself as i find it hard to believe that they had not recieved it back in 10 dayy, they then email me back 10 minutes later saying they have just recieved it and will issue me a refund and it can take upto 10 days.
i wait 10 days more and no refund so i call them and speak to one of the liars at their customer service/sales and he tells me the refund hasn't been authorised by the manager and when it gets authorised the refund will be given. so i ask the liar what the hold up is other than the authorisation and he tells me nothing so i asked him to go ask his manager for authorisation so i can get my refund(yes he actually needed to be told) so he goes away and comes back telling me that authorisation is now granted and i will recieve my refund in 3-5 working days.
1 week later and still no refund so i call the liars again and this time i speak to someone else and he tells me that no authorisation has been given for a refund and he has no idea why the last liar told me so.
i ask him what exactly the problem is as i was advised not to accept the parcel and i would be given a refund and now they have the graphics card and my money. he tells me he is very sorry for what has happened and promises me he has now refunded me and will have words with his co worker.
9 days later and guess what....yup still no refund"
"Well where to start. Aria PC offer superb service day in day out. Having used them for over a year now, I have come to the conclusion that they simply are the best around when it comes to value for money and customer service.
I recently purchased a heavily discounted Mushkin 40GB SSD , that was on special offer until the stock was gone. This was too good an offer to miss and nabbed one up straight away. The next morning I was greeted by a very well-padded parcel by city link , less than 18 hours after order. This is excellent service for a company stationed over 200 miles away from my current location.
Aria PC not only offer great value components, which can be priced match and beaten if found cheaper elsewhere. They provide a selection of pre-built PC’s accommodating the whole spectrum from home theatre to business all the way to high end game PC’s, specked by the community them self. As well as these pre build PC’s on offer, there are a selection of overclocked bundles for those people who prefer the professional touch when changing PC settings.
I have never seen customer service to rival that provided by Aria. Being part of the forum community associated with the site, I see the problems people have, and how promptly they are resolved. One that comes to mind, which I have to say blew my mind was a case where a customer had purchased one of Aria’s Gaming PC’s, but two weeks later the specifications for said PC changed, to accommodate feature requests provided by reviews in a PC magazine. The customer saw this and brought it to light, and was offered an upgrade to the new spec free of charge.
Again I have to stress the amount of care and attention Aria puts into stocking the best products on the market with almost daily announcements of new products being added to the site, the most recent of which being the Mushkin line of products, the only place in the UK to stock said items.
Aside from the great selection of products available are the daily prizes on offer, such as hard drives, motherboards, CPU’s and PSU’s to name a few. These competitions happen twice daily on their forum as well as weekly competitions. There is also the edition of the facebook competitions they offer on their facebook page:

My advice for anyone wishing to buy a complete, bundle or individual components for a PC, then the first place you should shop at should be, and always be Aria PC
"
"Ive been buying from Aria for around 5 maybe 6 years and ive only recently joined the forum community when I was seeking advise on how to overclock some of the components I bought.
I've never done anything like this before and ive never been apart of a PC community before, I was a bit hesitant about joining as I didnt consider myself very knowledgeable about hardware but im eager to learn so i gave it a go. Before I knew it i was welcomed with arms wide open by a fantastic moderating team, friendly, polite and helpful forum members and of course a kind greeting from the man himself Aria Taheri (The boss!).
Having been a member of the forums since march, we are often are informed of products on offer and members often contribute to product reviews with an aim to help others make a decision on what to buy as the market is often flooded with choices. One forum member asked about an LG LED monitor, which noone had previously bought as it was fairly new stock to Aria at the time so I took the opportunity to buy one as I had been looking for an upgrade myself from my 17" LCD.
I've used the website many times before and its as easy as breathing to navigate to the product you wish to buy and a very simple registration process will remember most of your details for the next time you want to shop there, so the whole process takes less than a minute!. I ordered the monitor around 3pm on a tuesday and i was unsure whether it would arrive the next day as some companies are a bit iffy when it comes to delivery cut off times reliability - Not Aria, they stepped upto the challenge and delivered it by 10.05 the next day! The monitor itself was in perfect condition, and as a thanks from the Aria staff for being a loyal customer, they even threw in a 2GB USB drive - which was a big suprise to me as such a gesture goes a long way when it comes to customer experience.
Aria offer the cheapest prices combined with unmatched customer service and a very productive and helpful forum community!"
"Dear Aria Taheri,
Firstly I have to say I'm very impressed with you and what you've created as a business.
Your customer service is second to none and I've been very impressed.
Your pricing is extremely competitive, you're always on the lookout for new products and if we request a product you get stock in very quickly.
I've found your company to be utterly faultless so kudos to you my friend.
I ordered a Samsung F3 1TB from you a while ago, it arrived next day in a 2m roll of bubble wrap and was exceptionally packaged.
I connected the drive and it's so far working flawlessly.
You're also doing a marvelous job of keeping in touch with the community via the forums. A great number of deals over there too!
Thank you for such an excellent service,
Toonshorty"
" I was in need of a new graphics card as my old one had failed. I started to do some research into what is the best one available for my budget, it came down to the 9800GT, I searched everywhere for the cheapest and as always it was Aria. it was £15 cheaper with them than any other company. so I went ahead and placed the order 5 minutes before the next day cut off, knowing this I wasn't expecting it to be delivered next day, I was happy when I found out that it had been shipped minutes later (well done aria). Delivery was on time and found that the packaging was great. I won a competition that allowed me to purchase a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB hard drive for only £24.99 I was very happy about that as its 50% cheaper than the standard price. I received the hard drive (28/07/2010) and I have to say the packaging was excellent the hard drive was very well protected. I also had problems with the graphics card and after a lot of testing the card myself i decided that i wasn't happy and wanted a replacement. I called up CS and they were more than happy to replace it (got a XFX ATI 4890), this shows that Aria want there customers to be happy. the other great thing about Aria is the amount of competitions they have on the forums, i've won two of those one was the Hard drive ar £24.99 and a notebook cooler worth £47. I was extremely happy when i found out i won the competition. overall I've had a great experience with Aria and they have gained another long term customer :) I look forward to purchasing more goods from Aria.

Dear Aria Taheri
I've been purchasing many items from your store and I've never had any problems with customers services or the items apart from one that was faulty, these things can happen.
One of the main things I like about aria pc is the great customers service you offer, they are very polite and helpful, when i had the problem with the graphics card it was solved very quickly something i wasn't expecting at all.
The other great thing about Aria pc is the excellent pricing, I always check out prices of things that i may or may not buy and the cheapest place is always Aria, even if there is an item on your website that's more expansive than others, a call to CS always results in a price match, this is something not all companies do. so after this excellent experience I knew that Aria is the best place for me, I've purchased many items from other competitors but never have I had a excellent service like Aria provides.
Another thing I really like is the fact that Aria staff are active on the forums so this means if you have any problems just post on the forum and you'll get a answer pretty quickly. this is something I did when I had the problem with the graphics card. The shearer amount of competitions on the forums is a great thing too.
Thanks Aria for providing your customers with outstanding service.
