"I was very disapointed with the service. My order has taken over a week and has yet to be shipped. The prices seemed great. Every attempt to contact the company has failed. Every time I called the phone number I was hung up on. none of my emails have been answered. The entire site seems to be one big scam. They seem to have stollen my money. let me know if they ahve stollen yours."
"They never even gave me an invoice #!! They just charged my credit card. Ever wonder if the website you're ordering from online is going to screw you over? Well, this place probably IS out to get you. I've never had this amount of fear in buying from a reseller, as the amount that they have placed in me. I ordered a $15 power supply (thank god only $15) and i have never heard a word from them! No tracking #, no invoice #, or anything. But the charge went through on my visa. Needless to say, i'm reversing the charges on my credit card, and never coming close to typing "arismo" into my browser again."
"It is now the 24th, my order was the 18th. It was "Processed" by the 19th, but I am still waiting for it to ship. I ordered memory from them, and it is the only thing I need for my new computer as well. I should have read the reviews before placing my order, however the price was great so I did anyway. "Ordered DVD drive, received CDROM drive instead. Company does not answer phone calls, and is extremely slow to answer e-mails. They finally said they'd send me the correct product, but that was 2 weeks ago. It's been about a month now since I first ordered. Very, very poor service."
"I ordered 5 Microatx cases on June 6, 2003. While I completed my order by putting my credit card number and click submit button to complete my order and the shopping cart page was disappeard. I was waitting for the order number but It never gave me any order number. I thought they will email me. I was checking my email every day But they never email me to confirm my order. I called their ***-***-**** and left message several times but they never call back. I also tried to contact them at ***-***-**** that has been disconected no longer in service. I also email them several times through their website contact page but they never replied my email. I contact my Credit card company to find out whether they charge on my credit card or not and my credit card company said that the reseller already charged on my credit card. I explained the situation to my credit card comapy and they said they will place a dispute on that charge. I do not know how to reach this reseller to get my products or money. "
"I have tried to contact this reseller by their ***-***-**** and all I get is voicemail. 2nd they have another number listed ***-***-**** that is disconected.I placed this order with them overnite delivery needing this By today 6/6/2003. I sent E-mail to their contact page I have no Idea on how to reach them. Their policy on the site says that most orders are shiped in one business day. Unless there are problems. But How do I know if there are problems if they don't contact me or I can't contact them. I don't recomend this company It seems to be a fly by nite operation. "
