"I have an older Land Cruiser, and while it’s still a Toyota and has that ingrained Toyota reliability, it still needs a few things here and there. I wouldn’t take it to anyone other than Arlington. They always take care of me and keep me informed along the way. "

Parts Department needs much improvement

"I placed an order for parts on Sept 12, 2024 via the Arlington Toyota website. I received an email from Arlington Toyota on Sept 16 stating "Your Arlington Toyota order has shipped" along with my order number and a UPS tracking number.
When I tracked my order, the UPS website stated that they had only Created a Label and that they were not yet in possession of my parts.
On Sept 19, I emailed the Arlington Toyota Parts Dept. asking when my parts would ship. As of today (Sept 25) I have not received a response back from that email.
On Sept 23, I called the Arlington Toyota Parts Dept. and spoke with J*** and A***. After having to wait over 15 minutes on hold and having to hear about their inhouse challenges they face when processing online orders, I pressed A*** to research what happened to my shipment and respond back to me with his findings. He agreed to do so. I still have not heard back from A*** or anyone else from Arlington Toyota Parts Dept. concerning my order.

Could’ve been easier….

"Got the parts I needed and I appreciate that. Used your website parts link to find what I needed then went to the parts counter to check availability and ask questions. Had what I needed, but would not honor online price. Told those are online online. So, I left, ordered what I needed online at a substantial savings and returned the next day to picked them up.
Would’ve been a lot easier to do it all in one trip. Especially since I used Arlington Toyota’s Website to make and pay for the order. Didn’t make much sense to me.
