I have only 2 gripes:
1. the shipping charges when not ordering regular 'poster-style 'prints.
2. the costs are not transparent or really understandable, though they're mostly fair at checkout (though high when undiscounted) - kinda like how no two passengers on a commercial flight pay the same cost for their ticket, the same order can fluctuate wildly day to day. They rotate sales constantly, offering savings from 35% - 85% on everything or just a type of product like canvas or wood-mounts or framed or framed canvas, etc. The sales emails inundate your inbox 1-3x daily it seems and clicking them opens the site in a new window. if you want a sale make sure you clear your cart before opening that cause new sales don't take precedence when a order was started (items added to cart) without completion."
