I also found two other small prints I loved and would compliment my French Country theme. I would have given 5 stars except for the delivery. I received one of the two bathroom prints fairly quickly, the second almost 2 weeks later. The other two took almost 2 weeks also, unframed. All and all, very happy with purchase. A lot to choose from."

"I just ordered a lot of Switch Art prints. One came blurry and another arrived dented. Both were replaced without a lot of hassle. Debbie was very professional on the phone and helped me with everything. On a totally unrelated note to customer service, I seriously wish Art.com would consider selling Switch Art again. I made quite a sizable investment in frames over the last year, which I thought I would be filling with family memories and travel pictures for years to come. I am really disappointed that this product will no longer be available. It is such a great idea. I just don't think people understood the value of the product and the fact that you can switch photos with the season or with each new experience. I love them and have them all over my home but it upsets me that I will never be able to fill them with new memories again. Perhaps you can just offer the service of printing the magnetic photos and discontinue selling the frames? Just a thought but I am sure a lot of people feel the same way I do.
